Keith Halliburton Obituary On Monday, October 16, Keith Halliburton (73) passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends after battling cancer. He was born in Patterson, New Jersey to Sylvia and Owen Halliburton. He was raised in the Jewish faith. Keith was a master electrician for 34 years at the Ford Wixom Plant. He worked with engineers to maintain electrical systems. During his career there, he trained and helped several apprentices. In his free time, he enjoyed building things with his hands, and was always known for helping others. He loved his family and friends, his music (the Temptations, Gordon Lightfoot, and Jim Croce), boating, riding his motorcycles, and Popeye’s chicken. He was a large man with a large presence. He had a kind heart, and was called “dad” by many who knew him. Keith was also a decorated combat veteran in the Vietnam War. While on active duty, he was an M14 expert, the highest level of marksmanship, as well as a mechanic. He served in the 84th Field Artillery Regiment. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Gisele, his step son, Amir Dickerson and three sons, Joshua (Leslie), Marc (Domenique), and David (Jennifer) with his former wife, Kathy. He is also survived by his sister, Lynn Price-Baran and many grandchildren: Natalia and Ellena (Joshua & Leslie), Emery, Lilliana and Walter (Marc & Domenique), Isabella and Reid (David & Jennifer), Leia, Amora, and Amir Jr. (Amir), in addition to several nieces and nephews: Melanie Jordan (Sean), Michelle Young, and Jeff Price (Angela). He is also survived by many close friends who loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents Owen and Sylvia, along with his older brother Samuel, and his brother-in-law, Eric (Butch) Price.
