She was born on July 28, 1942, in Tuskegee, Alabama and lived a life marked by devotion to family, courage, strength, kindness, and grace. Fannie was the beloved wife of James Halliburton (deceased) and a loving mother to James Halliburton Jr., Derek Halliburton (deceased), Mark Halliburton (deceased), Eutropia Halliburton Rhodes, and Vincent Halliburton. Her brothers and sister, Cordell Moore Jr. (deceased), Diane Moore, Larry Moore, Donald Moore (deceased), David (Joyce) Moore and grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will be remembered for her warm and generous spirit, loving heart, and unwavering dedication to her family and loved ones. Her kindness touched many lives, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Though she has entered eternal rest, her legacy of love, kindness, generosity, faith, and compassion will continue for generations to come.
