Everyone must wear a mask at the service and tributes and condolences can be submitted on the website. John Johnson, Jr. was born December 21, 1954 to John Allen Johnson and Alice Johnson the 4th of 5 children. He was educated in the Detroit Public School system and eventually obtained his GED on December 17, 1973. John had a passion for Hot Rod cars and model trains. He had a collection of Hot Rod magazines and a wealth of knowledge about high-powered motors. He had hopes of one day building his own “Hot Rod”. In addition, John had a deep love for our Heavenly Father, Jehovah. He embraced the promise from Jehovah that soon our earth will become a paradise and the hope to live life in perfect condition on that newly restored earthly paradise. He also believed in the promise of a resurrection of our dear loved ones. John leaves behind to remember him: LaMarn Johnson (Joanna), Regina Eichelberger, and David Johnson along with a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Revelation 21:3,4 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” John 5:28, 29 28 Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.
